You may make payments in our online store by the following means:

 

            Western Union. After receiving order confirmation and the full price of the order including delivery, send the required amount to CITY and surname, first name and second name/patronymic, and write a letter confirming payment and payment details to sales@artrize.com.

 

            Postal transfer. Transfer may be made at your nearest Post Office (Russia only). Postal transfer usually takes 1-2 weeks. We will send you a completed form with our address etc if you wish to use this method.

 

            WebMoney. This is an electronic system for transferring money. You can find details regarding this system at http://www.webmoney.ru. The numbers of our purses are: R636674751013 (rubles), Z253524369436 (USD). After sending your payment with WebMoney, please inform us by writing to sales@artrize.com.

 

            Yandex.Dyengi (Yandex.Money). You can find details regarding this system at http://money.yandex.ru/. Our account number is 4100122543739. After sending your payment with Yandex.Dyengi, please inform us by writing to sales@artrize.com.

 

Delivery methods:

            Regular mail. The delivery time within Russia for regular mail is 1 week to 1 month. The goods are sent as a parcel.

            Shipping by road. Delivery time is 3 days to 3 weeks. We provide details needed for shipping after receiving information concerning the delivery destination.

            DHL, FedEx. Delivery in the shortest possible time. However, the substantial cost makes this option less attractive.

            Airmail. Outside Russia only; delivery time is 1-2 months.

Packing:

The goods are packed using various means depending on their dimensions. Generally, special strong packaging is used to help ensure the purchaser receives the picture in excellent condition.
